Billing
Paid plans are charged on a recurring cycle (for example monthly) via our payment provider (such as Stripe). Prices are shown on the Pricing page before you subscribe.
Authorized payment methods
We accept the card and other methods enabled at checkout. You authorize us (and our processor) to charge the selected method for the plan and applicable taxes.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, we may retry and notify the billing contact. Continued non-payment may lead to suspension or cancellation of paid features.
Invoices & disputes
Invoices/receipts are available through billing settings or the payment provider portal when enabled. For unrecognized charges, contact us promptly and also review your card issuer dispute process.
